Safety Statement:
Our boat is coded to MCA M280 CAT 3 and as such carries all the safety equipment to operate round the Kyles of Bute. All passengers will be given a safety briefing at the outset of each trip. Customers should be aware that they are entering the marine environment and as such all movement on the pontoon & boat should be done with the utmost care. Use of any shore landing facility is at customers own risk. Any behaviour that is deemed by our skipper to endanger boat, crew or other passengers will result in the trip being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy-if we cancel:
While we endeavour to run all booked trips, we may have to cancel due to weather, mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs we will offer a full refund or you can rearrange a place on a future trip.

Are there toilet facilities?
Yes! we have manual sea toilet on board the Tracy Jane, its an adventure to use in itself! There are also public toilets in Tighnabruaich village.
Is there parking?
There is some on street parking in the village and a free carpark with electric car charging, here, a short walk from the pontoon, Please park with respect for local residents and do not park restricting access to the RNLI station. As with all parking we hold no responsibility for damage or loss occurring while cars are parked.
Can I bring a Dog?
Yes! Well behaved dogs on leads are always welcome.
Are Wildlife sightings or Mackerel Guaranteed?
Unfortunately not, both wild animals and fish being wild choose there own time and place to show up, but we will endeavour to point you in the right direction whenever we see some!
Is there food & drink on board?
Unfortunately at present we do not provide refreshments, but customers are welcome to bring soft drinks and snacks onboard, our only request is you avoid bringing nut based snacks.
Do you supply wet weather gear?
Unfortunately not, please bring clothing suitable for the weather, bearing in mind its Argyll and the weather here is very changeable, so waterproof jacket and warm clothing are always a good bet.
